We are a trail and ultra running/walking/hiking group based in Lawrence, Kansas. Our motto is kindness to life and land. We run, walk, hike, promote, and care for the Lawrence River Trails and the Clinton Lake North Shore Trails.

Our club is an affiliate member of the RRCA. Through the RRCA, we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

We work with the Kansas Department of Parks and Wildlife and the Kansas Trails Council to help keep the trails groomed and free of trash. We stage events, and help with other groups’ events that meet our goals of promoting and caring for life and land.

We take care of the trails, our fellow Trail Hawk members, and all others who have interest in the trails similar to our own.
