Welcome to Kristi's Catering, I’m Kristi, and I run a family-owned and locally operated business with roots in Staten Island, New York, but now centered in beautiful Orange County, California. My journey began in 1989 when, with the help of my husband, I had to convert my entire basement into an industrial kitchen, determined to keep up with the demand for my delicious home cooking.
However, in 2000, I had to put my business on hold to move to California in pursuit of new opportunities for my family. But my passion for cooking never waned; now a mother and a teacher, I continued to hone my skills, learning from my Italian mother, who instilled my love for fresh ingredients and traditional recipes.
