Run For It! Tour of Davis, WV

RC CLIMB has served the youth in Randolph County Schools for several years.  We are working with teachers and helping students gain confidence, have better attendance, set and reach goals, make good choices, develop positive attitudes, and become their best students.  We are constantly reminded of the need for more mentors and our program's success for the students.  We hear from the teachers that the students can't wait for "CLIMB Day"; they don't want to miss school when their mentor meets them for lunch, plays games, or does a unique project with them.  The students enjoy the one-on-one attention they receive from their mentors, and the mentors enjoy giving back to the students and watching them grow as individuals.  It is a win-win situation in which we can change the lives of students one student at a time.
