It’s hard to believe we are soon approaching Drew’s one year anniversary of being diagnosed with an extremely rare incurable cancer (EHE) on April 2nd.
This past year has been a difficult one, filled with lots of heavy emotions…emotions full of fear, anxiety and unknowns. And although we may never be able to say those fears, anxieties and unknowns are gone. We can say, through it all, we have been surrounded by an incredible support system comforting us every step of the way which we are extremely grateful for!
This run/walk event signifies to The Sheeley Family more than just a fundraiser, it signifies Drew’s journey. Every step signifies Drew’s struggles and his fears, his hope and healing, his strength and his courage to continue moving forward every single day despite all the fears and unknowns and remain positive and JUST LIVE!
Since this run/walk signifies Drew’s journey, it would not be complete without all of you…our family, friends and community walking along side us…supporting us every step of the way just as you have been in life! ❤️
