Urbandale Friends of the Park assists the Urbandale Park and Recreation department through their volunteer efforts. Whether volunteering for an hour, for a one-time event, or a longer-term project, these Friends of the Park advocate for parks and rec development.
Volunteers have adopted parks to keep them litter-free, built a bike station to fix brakes and tires, planted and maintained flower beds to beautify our parks and public spaces, built playgrounds and more!
