On Saturday May 10, 2025, Ally and Milly will be running in the 3rd Annual Powel 5K & Family Fun Day! This year, all proceeds from the 5K will go to supporting the efforts of the Powel Home & School Association (HSA) to hire a Playworks coach for Academic Year 2025-2026. Playworks is an amazing organization that helps kids stay active and build incredibly valuable skills through play. Having a Playworks coach in residence will be an incredible asset for the Powel school community.
Running a 5K is definitely going to be a "stretch goal" for these two kids, so your financial support will not only be a big boost for Powel, but will also help us motivate them to train over the next three months! The overall fundraising goal for the 5K & Family Fun Day is $27,000 - we've set a $1,000 goal for Ally & Milly's fundraising. Any support you can provide would be deeply meaningful for us.
