Our time with Oliver was heartbreakingly brief, just a few precious hours. In that short span, we poured as much of our lives into him as we could, sharing stories about his brother, our family, and our love for him. Though our moments together were short, our love for our little boy was boundless. The sorrow of his absence continues to weigh on us as we move forward, creating new memories. When Oliver was born, Adalyn Rose had not yet existed, so we leaned heavily on the kindness and generosity of the hospital and friends to help us through our pain. It was through that that the need for this organization became so clear to us, and I am profoundly grateful for the vital work they do. Helping others through this type of hardship is something that would benefit everyone, and I'm hopeful that they can only expand their reach to everyone experiencing a loss.
