Are you new to running? Or haven't been on the roads or trails for some time? Our 5k Training Program is a great place to get going! Through this program, we will help you incorporate running into your routine to build a strong fitness base and tackle a 5k race.
A half marathon is a great distance for runners that have some experience on the road and are ready for a challenge which will take them to the next level. Our half marathon programs will incorporate strength and cross training to build balanced fitness to support the development of endurance you will need to take on 13.1.

The marathon distance teaches you an incredible amount about yourself by pushing your mental and physical boundaries and showing you that you are capable of more than you'd even imagined. If you are ready to embark on this journey, we are here to be your guide! Marathon training programs are 16 weeks vs. 12 weeks and we suggest that you have a strong base of running (3 days / 15 miles per week over the prior 6 months) prior to beginning this program. Our marathon programs will incorporate flexibility, strength and cross training to build balanced fitness to support the development of endurance you will need to take on 26.2.
