Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any reason. All events will be held rain or shine. All sales are final.
However, we do allow you to transfer your registration with it's accompanying zoo entry to a future event, to someone else, or defer your registration for free up to 15 days before the event. If you wish to do any of the previously mentioned changes to your registration within the last 14 days leading up to the event, there will be a $15 fee to do so.
If the race must cancel due to COVID-19, or other government restrictions, we will hold the mini and 5k race virtually. Zoo admission will not be included. Ninja will be postponed until the next race date.
