My name is Jonathan Westfall, and I am a person in sustained, long-term recovery—which, for me, means that I have lived for the past 7+ years without alcohol or drugs in my body. I am also the Executive Director of ROCovery Fitness in Rochester, NY—which began with a hike posted on Facebook in February of 2015.
ROCovery Fitness is a peer-led supportive community of physically active individuals brought together by sober living.
Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for healing and recovery—To help individuals rediscover their inner strength and resilience through fun, fitness and sober social connection. We are a not-for-profit community-based social care provider bringing fitness and non-fitness based classes and events as well as peer recovery support services to individuals with SUD in our community. All of our programs are free and open to ANYONE with at least 48-hours of continuous sobriety. We welcome friends, family members and ANYONE that chooses to live a sober lifestyle.
