What is the AMS 5K?

YOUR WELLNESS RESOLUTION!

An inclusive community event for EVERYONE with a physical and spiritual wellness expo at the end.

Participants may walk, jog, run, race, amble or dance their way through the course.

Strollers + Costumes welcome!

Certified timing and large digital clock at finish.

E-bike drawing included with 5K registration!

PROCEEDS WILL HELP BENEFIT THOSE IMPACTED BY LOCAL FIRES
