Training schedule
We're currently taking a break over the winter. We'll start our training sessions back up again in the spring once it starts getting warmer, typically in early March.
For our training sessions at Memorial Park (Lenola Rd & Forklanding Rd, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077), we meet at the field near the playground and the batting cages. For our training sessions at the Cinnaminson High School track (1197 Riverton Rd, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077), the track is located inside the stadium at the back right behind the high school - you could also park at Rush School (1200 Wynwood Dr, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077) and walk over to the track from there.
More info about the training sessions will be provided through the weekly emails to our running club members. Our club meets year-round, with short breaks during the year and a longer break over the winter season. You're welcome to join training sessions as your schedule allows.
Each training session consists of the following:

Warm-up - light jogging, stretching

Drills and exercises - varies by session, focusing on form, speed, strength, and core

Running segment - varies by session, focusing on distance and speed; tailored for each girl and boy based on their age and ability.
