Health and Safety Measures
The hybrid format of the 2021 Corporate Cup has been designed to accommodate health and safety measures allowing us to continue to host the competition in a safe environment. By spreading the sports across different dates and venues, we can reduce the crowd size and offer more space for ample physical distancing. And for those who are not able to join in person, we are keeping a few virtual events that will allow teammates to participate and contribute toward winning the cup. While we long for tailgating and tug-of-war, we are excited about all the fun that this new format will bring.
We will follow the policies of each venue and ask that all participants practice personal responsibility. Participants are asked to self-screen prior to arriving at their competition. If a participant is experiencing any fever or symptoms of COVID-19 or has been exposed to anyone with a positive COVID-19 diagnosis within 10 days of the competition, we ask that they remain at home.
Based on current CDC guidelines, masks at events are optional for those vaccinated from COVID-19 and recommended for anyone that has not been vaccinated.
ALPHA WARRIOR PROVING GROUNDS
All equipment and obstacle course structures are regularly sanitized with Zoono Microbe Shield which kills99.99% of a wide array of pathogens, bacteria and fungi (including COVID-19) for a minimum of 30 days, as demonstrated in multiple scientific studies. Participants will be asked to use Zoono hand sanitizer upon entry to the facility. Zoono hand sanitizer works by safely bonding to your skin to protect against germs for a full 24 hours.
MISSION CONCEPCIÓN SPORTS COMPLEX
Participants/players do not need to wear masks when participating in games and mask will not be required for all guest who are fully vaccinated. No proof of vaccination will be asked.
WHEATLY HEIGHTS SPORTS COMPLEX
Based on current CDC guidelines, masks at events are optional for those vaccinated from COVID-19 and recommended for anyone that has not been vaccinated.
NORTHSIDE SWIM CENTER
All participants are required to wear a mask to enter the swim center and it must remain on unless actively competing or consuming food and beverage.
CLASSICS ELITE SOCCER COMPLEX
Based on current CDC guidelines, masks at events are optional for those vaccinated from COVID-19 and recommended for anyone that has not been vaccinated.
TOPGOLF
In accordance with state laws, masks are not required for patrons but are encouraged while in common areas. Every TopGolf associate is required to wear a mask at all times and gloves when handling food and drink. Social distancing markers are displayed throughout common areas along with a strict protocol of a maximum of six people per bay. Bays feature protective dividers and 11 feet from tee to tee. The entire venue is cleaned throughout the day and all common areas are regularly disinfected. Golf clubs, balls, game screens and other frequently touched bay surfaces are disinfected between each group.
CHICKEN N PICKLE
In accordance with state laws, masks are not required for patrons but are encouraged while in common areas. Every Chicken N Pickle associate is required to wear a mask at all times and gloves when handling food and drink.
