Our passion for fundraising started to support the National MS Society. But our reach has expanded to finish lines of our friends and family as well.
Captain Ryan's personal story is that his grandmother passed from MS some years ago and his wife has MS today. Being a caregiver to multiple generations of this disease keeps his motivation up to help in any way possible. Physical challenges are great to keep him at his strongest for his family and his MS Warrior Leslie who depend on him. But more important is the opportunity that marathons and adventure challenges present as far as communities to support this team cause. Our fundraising life to date keeps growing, and our network does as well. We have even found racing partners to cross finish lines with that have direct connections to MS as well. The disease is closer to home than so many realize!
