Youth Clinic

The clinic is recommended for ages 3-13.

Registration is capped at 150 participants and we expect to reach capacity quickly.

This track & field clinic will teach the basics of track and field and is designed as an introduction to the sport. The clinic is recommended for ages 3-13 and is most appropriate for those new to the sport. There is no age minimum, but if your child is under the age of 5, we do ask that you stay with them throughout the clinic.

There will be five stations including: high jump, long jump, sprints, distance running and throws.

Youth will be separated into age groups and travel around to the five different stations for approximately 15 minutes of instruction at each station. Certified coaches, officials and teachers will be providing instruction. The clinic is capped at 150 participants.

Please bring a water bottle, appropriate attire for running, jumping and throwing and sneakers.

We will attempt the clinic rain or shine, unfortunately there is no rain date.
