All service men women can register for this race must run in complete uniform fire fighters, police offices, swat team, special forces, combat uniforms.

What is the First Responder Team Challenge?
By registering with this option, you are registering to compete for a team award with your fellow department members. 

When you register with this registration option "First Responder Team Challenge", you will be prompted from a drop-down menu to select your team location name (ie:  Seminole County Fire Department, Altamonte Police Department, etc.).

All teams must be registered and finalized 24 hours prior to the race; No Same Day Entries Will Be Allowed. 

There are three types of First Responder Team Competition: Fire Fighters, Law Enforcement and Military. Each team must have a minimum of 4 participants but can list as many as they want on the team. The top 4 times will be calculated.

For Firefighters: fire department which has a team of 4 or more participate by running in turnout gear; however, boots and tanks should not be worn for safety reasons.

Uniform Requirements: Boots and tanks should not be worn for safety reasons. Minimum standard includes liner, pants, jacket, and helmet to qualify.*YOU MUST stop by and CHECKIN at the Firefighter / Police registration tent to confirm your team prior to the start of the race. 

Please Note: We will allow the teams to consist of as many team members that have registered under a specific team name to compete, however we will only be calculating the four fastest times (in full gear) from each team for the team’s total. The team with the fastest combined time will win the award and will have it to display in their station until the next year's run, at which time the award will be transferred to the next winning team.
Win it again, and the team keeps it for another year!

For Law Enforcement: This award will be won by the fastest team of Law Enforcement running in gear.  The same description regarding number of participants and calculation applies here as noted above for the Fire Fighter competition

For Military: This award will be won by the fastest team of Military branch running in gear.  The same description regarding number of participants and calculation applies here as noted above for the Fire Fighter competition.

Primary School 3-5 Middle School grades 6-8 and high school 9-12 grade you must be in one of these grades to register for this race.

All military veterans register for this race, you can walk in your uniform or run. Top 3 finishes in each division Male or female get awards,

Only the strong will survive this event, teams of 4 minimum all register athletes must complete the course in 90min cap. or best time of all 4 team members win. A team can have unlimited people but only taking the top 4 times combine to score. 3 division, men women and mix top 3 in each division get awards.



You have to wear a 25lbs weight vest women
Men 35lbs. or backpack at each mile marker you have to complete the task.

Mile 3 (150 Thrusters)
Mile 4 (125 jump squats )
Mile 5 (100 burpees)
Mile 6 finish line

Run solo or as a team top 7 times for team scores teams can have unlimited members but only top 7 times will be taking for team scores.

You can run any time of the year and send in your results and your medals will be ship to you once your results have been confirmed.
