5K In-Person

The in-person 5K is a chip-timed race.

All 5K finishers will receive a medal at the finish line.

Prizes will be given to the overall top female and top male finisher of the in-person 5K. Special awards will be given to top 3 female and top 3 male finishers of the in-person 5K for age groups: 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.

Registrants may order a t-shirt separately from the race registration fee.

Golden Years Resource Fair Exhibitor

Registration to exhibit at our Golden Years Resource Fair includes one six foot table and two folding chairs. Registered exhibitors will receive additional information regarding set up time and other details via email in advance of the event.

Virtual 5K or 1K

The Virtual 5K and 1K options are for those who are unable to join us in-person at the Aspiria campus but would still like to participate and support the mission of Fountain of Life.

By registering to be a virtual participant of Fountain of Life's Flourish & Thrive 5K / 1K, you are committing to completing a 5K or 1K run/walk at a location of your choice on Saturday July 19, 2025 between 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. CST.

All virtual participants will be mailed a finisher's medal upon showing proof of run/walk completion.

Registrants may order a t-shirt separately from the race registration fee.
