Flower City CrossFit 5K
Looking for more of a challenge? This event combines the traditional 5K with 5 challenge stations throughout the course. Challenges will vary from burpees to kettle bells and much more. Groups of 5 will have staggered start times beginning at 8:00am. This course has grown over the past three years, and has proven to be a challenging event, even for our fittest participants.

The 23rd Annual Lifetime Assistance Airport Games in-person 5K run will take place on the Frederick Douglas Greater Rochester International Airport Runway starting at 6pm on June 10. Many avid runners enjoy trying for their fastest time on the flattest course around.
