6 Week Session (ages 6-12)
6 week program, 45 minute sessions for kids designed to empower kids and build confidence.
Obstacle Wonderland is a permanent obstacle course on 15 acres, And a 3 mile trail system that located on the property.
Kids participating will have a full session of exercise.
An example of a session would look something like this:
Brief warmup- we slowly introduce trail running
Introduction to an Obstacle- ( group practice with that obstacle )
Add that obstacle to a training laps. Kids would run/ walk or hike on the enclosed loop adding in the obstacles they had trained on.
Ending session game- free field time.
As the sessions progress over the weeks - we add more obstacles to the training lap-
Designed to simulate OCR conditions.
Kids ages 5- 12
Class times are Wednesday nights from 6:00- 6:45pm
