Runners who are competing
• Maintain good sportsmanship, encourage don’t discourage.
• Be conscientious of other runners at water stops.
• Pass on the left, stay to the right.
• Watch the spitting on the course, be aware of your surroundings, and be courteous of others' property.
• Start and finish through the line, clear the way for other runners. Wait for friends or family in a central location.
• Stay around for the awards ceremony to cheer for the top 3 overall men and women. Participants and attendees are encouraged to cheer on peers and family.

Walkers may bring dogs for the walking portion of the 5K Mutt Strut.
We ask that all pet owners are in compliant with:
• Handlers must keep your dog in sight & always in direct control of your dog. You are liable for your dog’s behavior and actions (Ohio revised code Chapter 955.22).
• Owners are to be aware of the Ohio revised code Chapter 955.
• Dogs must wear a leash.
• No Sick or Unvaccinated Dogs Allowed.
• Make sure all dogs are up to date on his/her vaccinations and parasite control.
• No more than (1) dogs per person/owner at a time.
• Dog Handlers must be 18 or older.
• Must pick up after your dogs.
• All walkers with a dog must be pressed up against the curb or sidewalk to not interfere with other runners, and walkers on course. Others may pass left, all others will remain right.
