10K Run
The course is composed of 3 laps on a closed to traffic 2 mile loop. The loop is about half shaded with one medium hill. The last time up the hill is right before the finish, and the hill seems bigger than the first 2 times.

1 Mile Walk or Roll
The shortest loop is 1 mile with a full loop being 2 miles. Signing up for this option allows you to choose a distance from 1-4 miles that suits you.

Road Bike Ride
A 10/21/36 mile road bike ride was added in 2013. This is not a race, not flat, and not a trail. There is one significant hill and several smaller ones. The route will be supported from noon-4:00PM. You have the option at 16 miles of going long or turning toward the finish. Helmets required. Do this event only if you are an experienced roadie. Riders can be back by 3:00 to watch or participate in the walk/run event. Foodline is open 3:45-5:30.
We ask all participants to pay the same registration fee and everyone receives the same T, food, and gift pack as the walkers and runners. Your registration fee allows you to participate in as many events as you choose for the one price,

Cross Course - 2 mile run, push-ups, air squats, walking lunges, bear crawl, and burpee broad jumps.
CrossFit San Reproche (Formerly Brickhouse Fitness in Dover and in New Phila Super Fitness) is designing and sponsoring this new event. This is not a "Warrior Dash" event. No barbed-wire, mud pits, or electric wires. There will likely be 1-2 miles of running total, interrupted by various CrossFit inspired challenges. You don't need to be a hardcore CrossFit athlete to elect this event, but you will be challenged! "How hard can it be?"
