The Inferno Adventure Race

Description: Teams of 1-4 will travel across land, water and swamp in Horry County covering approximately 40-60 miles. Racers will use pre-plotted CalTopo maps to navigate to check points while paddling, cycling and running/trekking through Coastal Carolina. Check points will be placed in various different locations using natural features as indicators of placement which will be listed out on the clue sheet, such as trail intersections, streams, bays, coves etc. The race may include anything from single track Mountain Biking trails to dirt or gravel roads, a few paved roads and flat water kayaking.
