5K Training
The 5K training is for people new to running, returning from a running absence, or those who want to work on consistency. The training group will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 8am. Training plans and locations will be sent before the training begins.
For the evening training sessions, please bring a flashlight or headlamp and a lighted vest if you have one.

10K Training
The 10K training is for people who are already comfortable running a 5K and want to increase their distance or work on consistency. The training group will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 8am. Training plans and locations will be sent before the training begins.

Historic Half Training
The Historic Half training is for people who are already comfortable running a 10K and want to increase their distance. The training group will meet on Saturday mornings at 8am for long runs in pace groups. Training plans and locations will be sent before the training begins.
This is a service fee for processing your race application. This may be slightly higher or lower per registrant than the amount shown here.
