Description
Saturday, June 28th
Adult & Team Division - 7 a.m.
o 400 yard swim in the Y pool*
o 15K bike on Linn Creek Trail (10 ft wide)
o 5K run on Linn Creek Trail
*Novice division swimmers welcome to compete with kickboard, flippers, etc.
Youth Division - 9:30 a.m.
Age 6-16, Must be able to swim 4 lengths of the pool with no floatation device
o 100 yard swim in the Y pool
o 4 mi bike on Linn Creek Trail (10 ft wide)
o 1 mi run on Linn Creek Trail
