Description
This is a series of Saturday training events, including swimming, laser-run, fencing, and ninja warrior training.
Swimming training is held at Los Gatos High School.
Ninja Training is held at Black Urban Barn (148 E. Virginia St.; San Jose, CA).
Fencing Training is held at Live Oak Park (641 Moreland Way; Santa Clara, CA).
The ninja warrior trainings are coached by Earl Hooks, four-time competitor on the American Ninja Warrior television show. Participants will receive group coaching from Earl, focusing on strength, flexibility, and other exercises that are needed to master the standard Modern Pentathlon obstacles.
All of the summer training events require Wolfpack membership, which also entitles members to receive a 10% discount on all training events.
The fencing training requires an Amateur Athletics Union (AAU) Athlete Fencing Membership, which can be purchased here: https://aausports.org/Join-AAU.
Note: the new AAU membership period for 2024-2025 starts on September 1, so it is recommended to purchase your AAU membership after September 1.
