Welcome to our 9th "fund-race" for solo runners or walkers and canicrossers event.
What is Canicross?
Canicross (canine cross-country) can be run with one dog, always attached to the runner. The runner wears a waist belt or hip harness to minimize stress on the back lumbar area. The dog wears a specifically designed harness for safe and unrestricted joint movement. The two are joined by a bungee cord or elastic line that reduces shock to both human and dog when the dog pulls. If you're new to the sport, here is how to get started.
