Nighthawk 5

Michigan Trail Experience is happy to announce the 2nd night race/hike of the season. Nighthawk 5 is a 5mile night trail run around the north side of Sleepy Hollow State Park. A headlamp or flashlight is required. This course will start and finish in the equestrian staging area. The trail will be well marked with both reflective flags and regular flags. This event will be chip timed. Some areas may be muddy and wet. More information on the course to come. All entries will receive a Nighthawk 5 t-shirt, finisher patch, and Michigan Trail Experience sticker. This is a pet friendly event. 

Start Time: 9:30pm Headlamp or flashlight required.

Registration: Ends at 9:30pm June 28th

Packet Pickup:  Race day June 28th starting at 8:00 pm 

Race Swag!: All entries will receive a Nighthawk 5 t-shirt, finisher patch and another piece of Michigan Trail Experience swag. Must register by June 20th for a t-shirt. 

Results: Your accurate chip time and current overall and age group place will be texted to your phone and live on this site. 

Awards:  Overall finishers male and female will receive $25 Playmakers gift card. First places in each age group will be given a $10 Playmakers gift card. Age groups for women and men are the following: 15 and under, 16-20, 21-29, 3-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
