Join Rylan Shadegg for an OCR/Hybrid Masterclass. He is the #1 ranked OCR athlete in the world (May 2023 OCRWC rankings) and DekaFit world record holder. He will discuss his training secrets for OCR, hybrid fitness and how to balance the two pursuits. This event will be a mix of lecture and application with time dedicated for participant questions, practicing obstacle technique and two workouts (one obstacle and one hybrid).
