C2 Obstacle Trail Run

The Steele Creek YMCA C2 Obstacle Trail Run is an outdoor camp adventure that tests your mental and physical ability to overcome and be resilient. Join us at the tranquil campus of YMCA Camp Thunderbird on Saturday, September 15th, for an ideal team building event that reawakens your inner camp child and connects you with nature. With over 600 participants last year, this signature event is soaring to new heights as a rapidly growing amongst community groups, companies, and schools. Hit the trails and make your footprints count in support of the YMCA Annual Campaign; giving youth an opportunity to play, learn and grow in a safe and thriving environment.

C2 Obstacle Trail Run is an impactful part of the 2018 YMCA of Greater Charlotte Race Series, with 3-mile and 1-mile obstacle courses for all ages and abilities. All C2 finishers will receive a custom die cast finisher medal after crossing the vibrant finish line. After celebrating over DJ music and bubble entertainment, enjoy good food, fun door prizes, awards before exploring more Camp Thunderbird activities like the zip-line, alpine tower, and water sports. These camp activities are now included with your C2 entry!

Make the difference as a team and enter the C2 Team Challenge, a friendly competition amongst local businesses, community groups, and schools. Teams earn participation points as runners, walkers, and volunteers. The team with the most points wins a team division award & earns bragging rights as the C2 team most committed to healthy living & social responsibility in 2018.
