SEAL Team PT Frogman Challenge

The Frogman Challenge is back! Are you up for the Challenge?  June 26, 2021 SEAL Team Physical Training will host a 6+ Mile Team Challenge over varied terrain on roughly 600 acres at Historic Tuckahoe (open to the public) that will test your physical fitness and mental toughness! Your 2 or 4 Person Team (required) will conquer this 6+ Mile Adventure Challenge which includes roads, trails, SEAL Team PT fitness evolutions, other obstacles and a few surprises along the course. Sign up in teams or 2 or 4 and give it all you've got! After the race, hang out with your friends and enjoy music and food. 

- Teams must stay together through the entire coarse

- There is a 3 hour time limit to complete the course

-Minimum age 14
