Description
Join us at this awesome new race venue, a private farm generously provided by the Burke family and wonderfully maintained by the Culpeper Area Mountain Bike Association (CAMBO)! The CAMBO XC is a race over challenging single track for all levels, offering awesome tight, twisty, single track and a mix of log obstacles, bridges, creek crossings, steep climbs, and some rock gardens. Fun stuff.
We have two slightly different courses for the different classes. The beginners will take on a shorter less technical route, while the Experts and Sport class will have to tackle some more of the technical features and ride a longer lap.
Morning course
- Super Beginner class and Young Warriors will ride 1 lap (5 miles). Super beginners are riders who have never raced before or have only just started mountain biking in the past 12 months.
- Beginner class will ride 2 laps (10 miles
Afternoon course
- Experts class will ride 3 laps (approx. 22 miles)
- Sport class will ride 2 laps (approx. 14 miles)
The Bike Stop out of Warrenton, VA will be on site to help out with any bike mechanical needs.
