Garrett Open

We had an outstanding tournament in 2024 and look forward to bringing you another day of fun, food, and great tennis in 2025!! 

Join us for the second annual Garrett Open, a joint fundraiser for the Northern and Southern Garrett County High School tennis teams. This tennis tournament will be held at the historic Mountain Lake Park Tennis Club clay courts on June 28th, with a rain or continuation of play date of June 29th. Trophies will be awarded for first and second place in each category. We will have food, fun, and great tennis!

• Matches will be held on June 28th, unless rain or other circumstances force play to June 29th.
• Registration is only available online and will close on JUNE 26th, unless the per event registration cap is reached.
• Registration will be open to players of all levels and ages.
• Events will include Men’s Singles (high school/junior division), Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles.
• If we do not fill a category, we may open places in another category so please register for the waitlist if a category is full.
• In the event that less than four players/teams register for an event, it may be canceled.
• You may register for multiple categories, but you are not guaranteed rest between matches. 
• An 8 team/person bracket format will be used, with single elimination.
• Matches will be an 8 game pro set format.
• Seeding will be random within each bracket, and brackets will be emailed to registered participants in advance.
• Balls will be provided. 
• No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled, in which case refunds will be processed less RunSignUp administration fees.
