Gavin's 5th Birthday 5k

Hello and welcome to Gavin's 5th Birthday memorial 5k. This is a virtual event to honor our son and to raise money in his honor for On Angels' Wings, an amazing company who has been with us from day 1.

This event is the first ever run / walk / jog / ruck 5K hosted by Khye & Brianna Scoggins in honor of Gavin Laine Scoggins. 

As many of you are aware, Gavin, whom was stillborn on July 6th of 2020 at 6 lbs 13 ozs would be 5 years old this July. With that in mind, the family has elected to host a virtual 5K event that can be carried out on any course throughout the country on your own schedule!  

By participating in the event - you will receive a race bib, medal, and t-shirt. In addition to receiving swag for participating - a small amount of your entry fee will be donated to a local non-profit that has assisted in grief recovery.

Post race results can be posted in our newly made fb participant group, with a chance to win a small prize. Prizes awarded to quickest male and female overall and youngest and oldest finishers. (Post results by July 16, winners announced shortly after!)
