Craft Beer Week - Beer Mile and 6k Fun-Run

Have you heard of the Beer Mile? We are doing our own version of it during Great Falls Craft Beer Weekend - September 17-20! The race will take place on Sunday, Sept 20. Here's how it works - individuals who enter will drink 4 local craft beers during their race (1 before each lap, so each 1/4 mile). Not that brave? Get a 2 person relay team together to run the mile. Each participant will have to drink a beer prior to their laps. We will have race timer's on hand to keep track of your lap times for you. There will be a penalty lap for any participant the does not successfully finish a lap (don't lose your cookies!) The Individual with the best lap time overall, and the team with the best lap time's overall will be the winner's - prizes to be announced. Want a bigger challenge? Sign up for the 6k Beer run, which is 3 full loops around Gibson Park on the trail, if you want a beer prior to each lap be sure to add it on at check out, only $5 extra for 3 beers!!
We will also have beer on hand for spectators, so bring your friends!
Gates open for spectators at 1 PM, the first race will be the 6k starting at 1 PM. The Beer Mile will begin at 3 PM on the South end of Gibson Park.
