Session descriptions:
-Open Gym “Free play” (All ages) 5 weeks of sessions. (this class has no instruction) Must be at least age 7 to participate without an adult shadowing during class unless you are a member and have been cleared by a coach) This is a 1 hour Free play style of class called open gym that allows kids to practice or climb how they want to. Our coaches will act more like safety instructors and only counsel the participants when there is a safety concern. Otherwise participants are free to explore the gym and the obstacles in whatever way they choose.
-American Ninja Warrior Jr ( 5 week clinic for ages 7-14 ) In this class, students will learn “the obstacle course” and the rules associated with a successful course finish. Participants will then get time to practice the obstacles before competing against the clock and the course just like on American Ninja Warrior the TV show. Come see what it’s like to compete under pressure like a real American Ninja Warrior competitor on the show.
