Running Teams & Clubs - Please Read
Hello! We're so excited to have you join us. Due to event logistics and insurance requirements, there are specific rules we must follow if you would like to set up a team meeting location on site.

To set up a Team tent at the event, you will have to PRE-register to do so. Upon arrival, you will need to check in with the Team Liaison at the Event Check-In tents and will be shown where you can set up your tent within the designated area.

Please Note: Your tent needs to be 10' x 10' or less and be a pop-up style tent and we REQUIRE that your tent is properly weighted down (no stakes allowed).

Alternatively, there is open space throughout if you would like to place a lawn sign or tie a balloon to designate your meeting area. Pre-registration is not required for this option, but please do this AFTER 8:15am to ensure all official event structures are in place.
