Description
Why wait for the weekend to enjoy the trails? Come out and ride or run hump day away on the trails at James Long Regional Park. Duck out of work early and complete as many loops as possible on your bike around the 5K loop in the designated time for your category. We will tally your results over the three events and present awards at the final run/ride. Give yourself something to look forward to on Wednesdays instead of sitting in traffic, crawling home.
The trails at James Long are a mix of single track with a few punchy climbs and cheek-clenching drops. There’s nothing too technical but enough to keep it interesting.
