Race Day Volunteer and Running the Course

Details

This position will help with race day activities such as registration, parking, obstacle and water attendant, among other possible needs.

All volunteers will receive a t-shirt and be treated to a free meal after the race!

These volunteers will be near registration and on early obstacles to be the first relieved and invited to race the course in the final heats or at the end of the race. Because this course is shorter, there still should be people at the start/finish line when you return, but there may only be a few. You will still be invited to the awards ceremony and after party for a free meal and entertainment. You should have plenty of time to make this event.

We need volunteers from 5:30 AM to approximately 1:00 PM
Please let Volunteer Coordinator Alleia King know if you need to arrive late or leave early.

Race Day Volunteer

This position will help with race day activities such as registration, parking, obstacle and water attendant, among other possible needs.

Volunteers registering for this position do not intend on racing. It is still an option if you choose.

We need volunteers from 5:30 AM to approximately 1:00 PM
Please let Volunteer Coordinator Alleia King know if you need to arrive late or leave early.

Pre Race Day Volunteer

At least 9 more volunteers needed.

Details

This position will help with pre-race day needs setting up some course equipment and obstacles.

Hours will vary but the general need will be Wednesday through Friday from 7am-7pm. We will not be asking you commit to the entirety of those hours. Any days and hours available will be greatly appreciated. Please let Volunteer Coordinator Alleia King what days and hours you expect to be available. We will provide food to those working longer shifts.

Volunteers for this position will receive a free meal on race day. Volunteers helping for more than 8 hours will also be offered a free race entry.

Pre Race and Race Day Volunteer

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

This position will help with pre race day setup and be available to help on race day.

Pre race day hours will very but the general need will be Wednesday through Friday from 7am-7pm. We will not be asking you commit to the entirety of those hours. Any days and hours available will be greatly appreciated. Please let Volunteer Coordinator Alleia King what days and hours you expect to be available. We will provide food to those working longer shifts.

On race day we need volunteers from 5:30 AM to approximately 100 :PM

Parking Coordinators High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Parking Coordinators - One of our most important tasks, this position is the first relieved for the day, and is the shortest, as well being able to race the course during the last heat or the volunteer heat.

Will also receive a shirt and meal for the day.

6:30 AM - 10:45 AM

Friday Night Bib Check-In High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Minimum met.

Details

From 5:30PM to 8:30PM Friday night for BIB packet check-ins at the Grand Circle Grille.

Responsible for locating Registrant's Race Packet and Shirt Size for them.

This position will be served a free meal while working and possibly an adult beverage or two if you'd like.
