Assist in making the park has clean, or cleaner, then when we arrived. Stacking up all of the Haz Rental items (popups, tables, chairs, etc) near the parking lot. Picking up any and all trash with pickup sticks and putting it into the trash bins. Walking around the whole area checking for anything that should be taken or thrown away.

5K/2K Course Clean Certification

Details

After both races and the high school team has come back to the ball fields, a final inspection of both courses is required. Both of the volunteers will need to bring their own bikes (regular pedal bikes, Yorba Regional Park does not allow e-bikes) to ride both courses.

Usually the things that are missed but need to be removed are tape arrows on the pavement (needs to be removed), race signs (directional or sponsor), cones, "A" frame signs, etc.

Then find the Shamrock Director, Roy Gill, and convince him you have not missed anything! (Can you tell this is really important?)

Two extra hours will be given for this task due to bringing your bike.
