- Assist participants with the check-in process by verifying their registration, assigning bib numbers if applicable, distributing event bags based on merchandise selection, and reviewing event day details.

Details

- Prepare the event site by setting up tables, chairs, water stations, directional signage, start and finish lines, and vendor booths.
- Assist with unloading and organizing materials and arranging participant amenities.
- Coordinate with the event team to ensure all setup tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

PLEASE NOTE PRE-EVENT SETUP VOLUNTEER WILL BE LIFTING HEAVY TABLES AND STANDING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.

- Water Station Attendants will be provided a race map and will walk to the water stations on the route
- Fill and pass out water cups to participants
- Clean up a water station at the conclusion of the event

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 1 MILE WALK OUT AND 1 MILE WALK BACK IN.

Finish Line Attendants

- Help clean the event area by collecting trash and ensuring the site is left in good condition.
- Work with the event team to ensure an organized and efficient breakdown process.
