Check in at Rockland Lake North Pavilion by 6:30 AM. You will be assigned to either (1) Set up water stops before the race and hand out water to the runners at: Rockland Lake South, Fire Station, Nyack Beach
(2) Course marshals to direct runners at Rockland Lake Road North, Bottom of the Hook, Nyack Beach toll booth, Rockland Lake Road South..

Location

Meet at Rockland Lake North Parking lot, unless you are told to go directly to you assigned station on the course.

Kids Run

Details

From 7:35 (after the start of the Half Race) to 7:50 (before the 10K). Help organize the Kids and get them to the start and/or hand out medals at the finish.

Finish Line / Photographer High Priority

April 19, 2025

Details

8:30 to 10:00. Help keep the finishing runners moving through the chute. Bonus if you can take photographs.

Course Breakdown and Cleanup

April 19, 2025

Details

Starting after the last finisher crosses the line (approximately 11:00), help to take down the finish area and pick up course markers and water stops.
