Team to manage water stop for all runners/ walkers. 

Table set up should be complete when you arrive, station tear down and clean up required.

Water stop is the turnaround, located on Baymere Road (across from Fairless High School).

Digital Registration - assistance at registration table

Team members responsible for Digital Registration will assist runners/ walkers with an easy, computerized, race day registration.

Swag Table - t-shirt and participant "swag-bag" coordination

Swag team members will be responsible for the distribution of t-shirts and participant bags during pre-race registration/ packet pick-up for Little Chips and 5K participants.

Traffic Control - race route

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

TC team members will assist the Brewster FD and PD with ensuring all participants are safe at intersections and critical spots along the race route.

Check in race day with Carrie Powell (Race Director) at the starting line. She will introduce traffic control volunteers to PD and FD who will place volunteers at strategically required locations along the 5k route.

Race day photos are needed to capture this awesome event! From set-up to tear-down the photographer(s) will ensure photo shots are captured of the entire evening.

Music Meister

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Music motivates and makes memories! The Music Meister will be responsible for spinning tunes for participants and spectators along with announcements throughout the event.

Race Day: Check in with Carrie Powell (Race Director)  for instructions and set-up at the finish line.

Setup / Cleanup Crew

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

This team will be responsible for assisting in setting up race day: tables and tents for the event, course markers and signage, registrations and finish line, as well as tear down and clean up after the awards ceremony. Volunteers for this job may also volunteer for another race function if desired.

Race Day: Check in with Carrie Powell (Race Director) for location and assignment on race day.
