Details

This group will be responsible for moving the road barricades from the sidewalk to the street in designated locations throughout town. Each "road closure post" will need to be manned by two volunteers during the entire race. ** Must be 18 years old for this task! You will receive your assigned location prior to the event. On 5/21, we will meet in front of Fulton Bank to go over details with Chief Stauffer at 7:30 pm.

Details

Work with Chamber staff to organize race numbers, t-shirts by size and bags alphabetically. Set up racer lines by last name for pick-up. Must put correct size t-shirt, race number, and safety pins in bag when they pick up. Also, set-up table of glow items for sale and staff during race packet pick-up. Kristie will be available with lists and initial instructions for race packet pick-up.

Details

This committee will work with the Manheim Young Professionals to “toss the color” on the runners during the race and clean up the color left behind after the race.

Details

Will involve setting up tables for sponsors, glow items, etc., trash cans with bags, children games, making sure porta potties are unlocked and ready to use, hanging any signage that needs hung and any other jobs that need to be completed. This committee is the contact for the food trucks and overseas them throughout the event.
