Breakdown and Delivery to Farms

Details

Pick up items at the Carlsborg Storage unit and deliver to farms on the day before the event. Pick up - food, beverage, supplies, possibly a tent or table. You will also pick up and assemble at the farm a small bike rack (compact to transport and easy set up) and a feather flag (bring a hammer).
Each Delivery person will do 2 farms.
You will need a vehicle that can handle the size and quantity of items.
It is not required but we encourage you to sign up for the volunteer shifts to pick up for the same 2 farms on Saturday after the event ends.

Pick up leftover food/ beverages and supplies, and possibly a tent or table at farms after the last rider has gone through. Also disassemble a small bike rack (compact) and take down a feather flag. Return all items to the Boys & Girls Club and the Carlsborg Storage unit (some items go one place and some items go to the other). You will need a vehicle that can handle this size and quantity of items.

Details

Pick up purchases that riders have made at lavender farms and bring them back to the Boys & Girls Club. You should have a vehicle that can carry a lot of items. Each shuttle person will be assigned 2 farms and will go back and forth between those 2 farms and the Boys & Girls Club throughout their shift.
