Log Balance Easy as falling off a log! If you do, you must start over again, as the clock goes “tic-toc” |
Tire Pull Bring your work gloves! You’ll need to tug, pull and yank a tire (various sizes) through 30’ of sand. |

Tube Crawl Simple! Go in one side and come out of the other, 30’ later. |
Hurdle Hop “Kinda” like the Olympic hurdles, but not really! You must go over (not around or under) four hurdles in 30’. |
Cargo Net Climb What kind of course would it be without a cargo net! Up, over and down 40’ of cargo netting, simple. |

Army Crawl No electric shocks or razor wire, just another 5 pounds of sand in your shorts. |
Dune Climb What would a beach course be without a giant dune! If you get to the top, no resting or planting a flag. |
Sand Shuttle Run Just like gym class or a dog agility course! Zig and zag your way to victory. |

Quick Step It Keep those knees pumping! If you fall, start over. |

Beach Fit is a RAIN or SHINE EVENT. The Ocean City Beach Patrol (OCBP) controls access to the beach. In the case of lightning, the event will resume once the OCBP sounds the All Clear.
